All Plans Have rTierra

rTierra is a lightweight application that runs on both Windows and Macintoch computers. It gives Tierra IT a presence on your computer network so we can resolve both computer and network problems more quickly. It also enables us to remotely control your PC, when requested, to fix a software problem or show you how to use a program or feature. And it allows us to control the update process so the latest upgrades won't break things. Kaspersky Antivirus protection can be bundled with the rTierra agent applet.


For corporate environments: A full service, fixed cost IT support solution

The initial project culminates with each PC being similarly configured for reliability and ease of use. A checklist is built from best practice guidelines and discovery interviews and tasks are implemented in a streamlined fashion. The network looks and feels the way you want it, is managed leveraging features already present in the Windows or Mac operating systems, and is maintained optimally, using those features as well as the rTierra applet. Going forward, IT maintenance and help desk support are provided at a fixed-cost basis.

rTierra SMB

For established small businesses: Responsive, reliable on-site and remote services

This is a traditional support plan consisting of computer maintenance, on-site support and basic help desk. Maintenance is performed on a periodic basis – weekly, monthly, or quarterly, with an on-site visit, in conjunction with remote support. Operating system components and programs are updated, firewalls are reviewed and updated, and user support requests are scheduled. Requests needing attention sooner are evaluated and scheduled by the IT operations help desk. This is an hourly support plan with a discounted hourly rate.

rTierra PRO

Affordable small office support and computer repair. Discounts for seniors and persons with disabilities

Tierra Technology understands that some business have lighter needs, mostly updates and malware protection. rTierra Pro simply vets and protects. Only Windows Critical OS and Office updates are applied. Kaspersky anti-virus and malware protection (PC and Mac) provides a robust defense against the bad guys. And as always we have remote assist capability, when called upon. There is a modest per-machine cost to this plan. Any additional support is also provided at a discounted hourly rate.
